November's Recipe: Sweet Chilli Chicken



4 done-in Chicken thighs or legs
flour to coat
2 tablespoons each of: apricot jam, tomato sauce, soy suace, sweet chilli sauce

Turn slower cooker to high and coat with non-stick spray.
Remove skin off chicken pieces, pat dry and coat with flour
Stir remaining ingredients together in bottom of slow cooker
Turn the chicken to coat with this mixture
Cook on High for 4 hours or Low for 7-8 hours

Serves 4

This recipe is so simple and delicious.  We have had it a few times since I tried the recipe and have enjoyed it every time.
